I know, because it has helped me survive the hardest 8 years of my life.

For many of us, survival mode didn’t come from any one event. It came from things that built upon each other. Collectively we've been through lockdowns, global instability, economic collapse and change so fast that the ground kept shifting and never quite settled again.

Then we have our individual experiences on top of this.

A Message from Michelle

I used to be the person behind messages and campaigns that generated my clients millions in sales.

I helped thousands to move beyond their visibility fears.

I was the voice coach who unlocked more confident expression for Brit Award winners and West End performers.

I fearlessly spoke my truth. But then, I disappeared.

For nearly a decade, my old life and self dissolved and dismantled.

8 relentless years where I went through divorce, navigating single motherhood with two heartbroken children, the death of a dear friend who was younger than me and left her two small boys behind, being cancelled, abuse, trauma after trauma, being wracked with guilt for not being able to fix everything for my children, navigating the court system and caring for aging parents, one of whom was diagnosed with a terminal illness - all while going through perimenopause and menopause, with multiple ailments converging, I just couldn't put myself out there anymore.

Life gets hard in a million ways. It's different for all of us.

But there's no sugar coating it. Sometimes it just is really, really hard.

What kept me going was The Inner Walk®.

The practice I'm sharing with you today isn't theoretical. It's what helped me continue moving forwards when it felt impossible to do so, taking baby steps towards life when everything else failed.

Meditation was impossible, sitting still with my pain felt like torture and traditional approaches just deepened my despair.

Walking, not for fitness, not for steps, became the path back to myself, to my voice and to my power.

I've walked through fire and emerged. Not perfect. Not unscathed.

But with a faith I never had before.

I'm still walking with a great deal of uncertainty in my life... in fact these comings months are likely to intensify - but I know how to just keep on moving forwards, even if it's just one tiny step at a time.

What is The Inner Walk?

The Inner Walk® is a framework I developed after my own life collapse when meditation, yoga, breathwork and all the things I'd leaned on before failed me. It combines specific walking practices with frequency work, voice activation and AI assistance to create nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and authentic power. This isn't about fitness or step counts, it's about walking as transformation when sitting still feels impossible.

If you recognise me (and parts of my process) from times gone by I am SO happy to reconnect with you and YES! It is me. I decided to change my name so I could feel a bit safer and more empowered after a long 'dark night of the soul' experience.

Who is Michelle?

Having dedicated my life to liberating the voices of over 3,500 individuals across the globe, I am passionate about helping (especially women) to reclaim the power of their voice, for themselves, their loved ones and the people they are here to serve.

I have been blessed with a client list that spans several industries - from Brit Award-winning vocalists and TV personalities to top 1% entrepreneurs, lawyers, speakers, fund managers and therapists to the stars.

I have helped my clients to generate over £9 million in sales by liberating their inner assets and amplifying them through consistent authentic expression - proving that unexpressed wisdom isn't just a personal tragedy, but a business liability.

After a period of profound identity dismantling and transformation following my divorce, where unexpressed creativity manifested in some very 'interesting' times, I emerged thanks to The Inner Walk®.

Although I am a nomad at heart and spent many happy years in Thailand and Portugal, I currently reside in Surrey in the UK with my three children, stepping into the deepest evolution of my work yet (around legacy) with my beloved Sean and drawing strength from my incredible father who I care for full time.

I've learned that life can be hard, but that if you just keep on putting one foot in front of the other, a path more incredible than you've dared to imagine begins to reveal itself to you.

How is this different from regular walking?

Regular walking focuses on physical health, fitness, or transportation. The Inner Walk® focuses on nervous system regulation, purpose activation, and embodied transformation. The audio guide and structured practices create specific neurological benefits that casual walking doesn't access. This is walking with deliberate purpose and methodology.

Do I need special equipment or a specific location?

No! That's the beauty of The Inner Walk®. You can practice it anywhere - neighbourhood streets, local parks, even your living room if mobility or weather is an issue. You just need comfortable shoes, your phone for the audio, and the willingness to begin exactly where you are.

How much time does it take?

The core practice takes 20-30 minutes, and I recommend doing it 3-5 times per week. However, even 5-10 minutes of a "mini" practice before challenging situations creates significant benefit. The 30-day tracker helps you build sustainable practice that fits your life.

I tried meditation and it didn't work for me

Actually, the Inner Walk® was specifically created for those who find sitting meditation impossible during acute stress, grief, or major transitions. Like it was for me. If your body screams to move when you try to sit still with difficult emotions, this practice was designed exactly for you.

Is this religious or spiritual?

The Inner Walk® is something I believe God led me to, but it doesn't require you to subscribe to any specific spiritual belief system. It's a neurologically-based methodology that works with your nervous system, regardless of your personal beliefs. Women from all faiths and backgrounds have benefited from this practice.

What if I have mobility limitations?

The Inner Walk® can be adapted for different mobility needs. We include variations for limited mobility, including seated adaptations that provide similar bilateral stimulation benefits. The core element is the rhythmic movement pattern, which can be created in various ways.

How is this different from other walking meditations?

Most walking meditations ask you to maintain meditative awareness while walking. The Inner Walk® is fundamentally different - it uses the bilateral movement of walking to process emotions that sitting meditation cannot access. It's designed specifically for women who find traditional meditation approaches impossible during challenging times.

What results can I expect?

Most people report noticeable shifts in nervous system regulation within the first 1-2 weeks of consistent practice - feeling less reactive, more present, and better able to respond to life rather than react. Deeper transformation typically unfolds as the practice builds on itself. I'd recommend getting outdoors to walk for even 15 minutes each day for 90 days to really see how far it can take you.
